On top of this, the Allied factions receive a noticeable passive boost to their resource income with further boosts their ability to field numerous units. In return, the general numerical superiority of Allied units is ramped up with tanks costing significantly less (The T-34 and M4 Sherman cost 40 fuel) while their infantry squads cost less and usually have more men per squad.
The performance of Axis units is significantly ramped up since basically every characteristic of Axis units is stronger, with practically every infantry squad, crewed weapon, and vehicle receiving massive buffs compared to its vCoH counterpart. While this dynamic is present to some extent in Vanilla CoH2, it is significantly amplified in Advanced Powers. The Axis has stronger units and the Allies have more of them. The general balance of Advanced Powers largely falls in line with the theme of the mod.
